What we keep and why
We're building a service for children. Privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation. Full rules below. Margin notes give the parent-language summary.
What we collect
Parent email. Only if you left one on the early-access form — to invite you to the private beta. You can use the survey without leaving an email.
Your prompts and the cartoon scripts we generate. Used to build the cartoon and to improve our model. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your child's photo, if you upload one for personalization. Biometric data is encrypted with a key unique to your family and deleted automatically after rendering completes. We don't use this data to train the general model.
What we don't do
We don't share child data with third parties beyond strictly necessary payment and infrastructure partners (full list available on request).
We don't sell survey responses or share them with advertisers. Surveys are processed in aggregate for the product.
We don't show your child other people's content and don't push them into an infinite feed.
Compliance
COPPA (US), GDPR-K (EU), FZ-152 (Russia). No child data is processed without active parental consent.
Consent is a first-class object with an audit log: you can see what you've agreed to and when, and revoke consent with one click.
On a deletion request (DSAR) we remove all your data within 30 days and send a confirmation.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold; to request a copy; to correct; to delete; to restrict processing; to revoke consent. All requests go to hi@teka.app.
